Option 1 – USSD

1. From your Safaricom Mobile Dial *124*1# to learn with MsingiPACK
2. Select your subscription from the options available and tap send.
  • 0.Access + 200 MB @ Ksh.20 Autorenew
  • 1.Access + 200 MB @ Ksh 20 one-off
  • 2. Access only for @ Ksh 10 one-off
3. Choose subscription purchase option (NOTE: Ensure you have sufficient airtime/funds)
1. Airtime
2. M-Pesa
4. Proceed to complete your subscription purchase.
5. Once successful, you will receive an SMS from SAFARICOM. For example, see below a purchase for option 2;
‘You have successfully subscribed to access MsingiPACK @ Ksh 10. Click https://student.msingipack.cloud/telecom-login to access learning content.
6. Click on the link in the SMS from your mobile to start learning.
Important Note: If you are connected to the internet via Wi-Fi, you will be required to temporarily switch off to enable your mobile to activate your subscription and once you are connected to your subscription, you can switch back to Wi-Fi and continue learning.

Option 2 – MySafaricom App

1. Launch the MySafaricom App on your Smart Phone.
2. Tap on the Discover button at the bottom section to open.
3. Locate and Tap on the Education Tile
4. Locate MsingiPACK and tap to select your purchase option.
5. Click Buy and complete the purchase option by selecting either Airtime or M-PESA.
6. Click Subscribe
7. Click the Learn Button to Start Learning.

Option 3 – https://myaccount.safaricom.co.ke/elimu

Did you know that you can access your subscription from your PC or tablet? This will make your learning more enjoyable and fun.
Follow these simple steps to access

1. Enable mobile hotspot with your data bundle (Switch off Wi-Fi temporarily) on your smartphone.

2. From your PC, search and connect to your hotspot.
3. Go to https://student.msingipack.cloud/telecom-login
4. This will automatically detect your active subscription and open the content.
5. Choose your Grade and select the subject to open.
